Fresh seeds are sow in the first four days after they are removed from the jackfruit. Then germination takes place, around three weeks. The seed is planted in a deep seedbed, then transplanted to a deep pot until the first leaves start to appear. After two or three years the plant should be transplanted again to the final place. [4]
